Welcome to Miers Court Primary School. We have much to be proud of at our school and the website offers just a tiny glimpse of life at our school.
We are a happy two form entry Primary and are proud of our reputation as a friendly and caring place where our children are encouraged to be the very best they can in all aspects of school life. Our children have a strong voice here; from our School Council to our House Captains, pupil leadership is highly valued and there are lots of opportunities for children to contribute to our school community.

A huge well done to two Miers Court children and their families for being placed 4th and 1st in the Kent Garden Show’s annual scarecrow competition! all entries were amazing and Miers Court had the most entries from one school! https://t.co/jLNSGaLEAy
The battle is back! Miers Court are up against the other primary schools in our Trust, Deanwood, Thamesview and Temple Mill, in a Times Tables Rockstar battle Monday 18th- Friday 22nd March 2024! We were so close last time, can we come out on top this time round? TTRS is a fantastic, interactive tool developing the quick recall of times tables facts which are so important in assisting many other areas of maths learning. If your child is unsure of their log in, please get in touch with their class teacher.
Book Week 2024! We had a fabulous book week at Miers Court last week! Thank you so much to all of our families for supporting the various events and activities. There was a wonderful buzz throughout the school and watching the children engage with books in so many different ways was a real pleasure. Take a look below to see some of the super things that went on during the week.
The Year 3 team are ready for Roman day!
Below, you can find a list of charities and locations that provide free food support in Medway, along with their opening times and contact information.
We are holding two further limited capacity School Tours in January. These tours are an opportunity to see the school in action, and speak to our Head of School or a member of the Senior Leadership team, as well as getting an opportunity to speak to pupils. Each tour is limited to a maximum of 8 families and booking must be made in advance by contacting the school office.
For a full list of available dates, as well as contact details for booking, please click the link below.
With rising costs for energy bills and food prices, we thought it might be helpful to signpost people to support that could be available to you. We have put together a page of information which you may find useful. You can find it at the bottom of the page below, under "Signposting for Additional Support"
Punctuality and attendance play a huge role in your child's education. Arriving just 5 minutes late each day is the equivalent of losing 3.5 school days in the year! Getting your child to school on time really matters.
